NCT ID NCT06579911

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining two advanced imaging techniques (micro-ultrasound and MRI) during prostate biopsy can find more aggressive cancers than the current standard approach. About 400 men with suspected prostate cancer will participate. The goal is to improve detection of dangerous cancers while avoiding overdiagnosis of slow-growing ones.
