First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two drugs, mirvetuximab soravtansine and olaparib, can help keep recurrent ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer from growing back after initial treatment. The trial involves 53 women whose cancer has returned but still responds to platinum-based chemotherapy. Participants will receive the drug combination as maintenance therapy, and researchers will monitor how long they live without the cancer worsening, as well as any side effects.
