NCT ID NCT07550088
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs—balstilimab, botensilimab, and agenT-797—can shrink tumors in adults with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and has not responded to prior treatments. All 17 participants will receive the same treatment, and researchers will monitor tumor shrinkage and side effects. The goal is to find a new option for people with this difficult-to-treat cancer.
