This study combines a stem cell transplant with a special immune cell therapy (C-CAR088) to treat people with ultra high-risk multiple myeloma, a blood cancer that is hard to treat. The 20 participants will receive their own stem cells after high-dose chemotherapy, followed by a single infusion of CAR-T cells that target the BCMA protein on myeloma cells.
