New combo therapy aims to control advanced prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT06894511
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a hormone therapy to a targeted radiation drug (lutetium-177) is safe and effective for men with a certain type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy alone. About 7 participants will receive either the combination or the radiation drug alone. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing treatment is needed.
