New triple therapy aims to outsmart Drug-Resistant melanoma

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (fianlimab, cemiplimab, and ipilimumab) can safely shrink or control advanced melanoma that no longer responds to standard PD-1 inhibitors. About 88 adults with unresectable stage III or IV melanoma will receive this treatment to see if it improves response rates. The goal is to find a new option for patients whose cancer has become resistant to current therapies.
