Summary
This study tested whether a single pill containing three medicines (ezetimibe, rosuvastatin, and amlodipine) could safely lower both cholesterol and blood pressure in Korean adults with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 163 participants took either the triple-combination pill or a two-drug combination for 8 weeks. The main goals were to measure changes in LDL (bad) cholesterol and sitting systolic blood pressure. This approach aims to simplify treatment for people who need both blood pressure and cholesterol control.
