First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 40 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety and best dose of two experimental drugs (M1774 and ZEN-3694) given together for ovarian and endometrial cancers that have returned after treatment. The study enrolls about 65 adults whose cancers have specific genetic features. The goal is to see if the combination can stop tumor growth more effectively than either drug alone.
