Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug combination (acalabrutinib plus ceralasertib) in 12 people with high-risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Participants must have tried at least one prior therapy and have no other good options left.
