New drug cocktail shows promise for tough bile duct cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (vebecotototo and putli monoclonal antibodies) in 44 people with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific marker (EGFR) and has not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
