Summary

This study tested a combination of three drugs (azacitidine, pembrolizumab, and epacadostat) in people with advanced solid tumors, including certain lung and colorectal cancers. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink tumors. The trial was terminated early, and results are limited. It involved 70 participants and was sponsored by Incyte Corporation.
