Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a combination of two experimental drugs, APG777 and APG990, in 86 adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). The main goal is to check safety and how the drugs move through the body, comparing them to the existing treatment Dupixent. Participants will receive injections over 24 weeks and be followed for about 82 weeks total.
