Summary
This study tested whether a daily colostrum supplement could help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their condition. Researchers compared the supplement to a placebo in 80 Iraqi adults, some with diabetes and some healthy, over 60 days. They measured effects on blood sugar, body weight, inflammation, and markers of physical and mental performance.
