Summary
This study follows 120 adults with retroperitoneal sarcoma who need surgery that also removes part of the colon or rectum. Researchers will compare different surgical techniques and track complications and quality of life using surveys. The goal is to provide better guidance for surgeons on how to perform these complex operations.
