Scientists shine colored lights on volunteers to unlock brain and body secrets

NCT ID NCT02919189

Summary

This study aims to understand how different colors of light affect healthy people's brain activity, heart rate, mood, and other body functions. Participants will sit under colored lights for 15-45 minutes, sometimes while doing simple tasks, while researchers measure their physical responses. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about light's effects, not to treat any condition, and the risk is considered very low.
