Summary

This study tests different drug combinations before surgery for people with locally advanced colorectal cancer. The treatment is chosen based on the tumor's genetic and molecular features. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can eliminate the cancer before surgery, allowing some patients to avoid surgery altogether. About 134 adults with stage II or III colon or rectal cancer will take part.
