Immunotherapy showdown: new hope for advanced colon cancer patients

Summary
This study compares an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab against standard chemotherapy for Chinese patients with advanced colorectal cancer that has specific genetic features. The trial aims to see which treatment better controls cancer growth and extends survival. About 100 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the immunotherapy or one of six standard chemotherapy options.
