Summary
This study tests different drug combinations before surgery for people with locally advanced colorectal cancer. The treatment is chosen based on the tumor's genetic and molecular features. The goal is to see if personalized neoadjuvant therapy can improve complete response rates and organ preservation. The trial plans to enroll 134 participants and is not yet recruiting.
