New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary

This study is testing a new drug called ABBV-400, given with standard chemotherapy drugs, for adults with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer in people whose disease got worse after their first treatment. About 280 people worldwide will take part to measure side effects, tumor shrinkage, and how long the cancer stays under control.
