New hope for advanced colon cancer patients in china
NCT ID NCT04230187
Summary
This study compares two different chemotherapy combinations for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers want to see if a three-drug combination works better than a two-drug combination for Chinese patients, while also checking which causes fewer side effects. The trial will measure how long the cancer stays under control, survival rates, and quality of life for 528 participants.
