Summary

This study tested a community-wide program designed to get more people in Appalachian Kentucky and Ohio screened for colorectal cancer. It worked with clinics, healthcare providers, and local residents to encourage screening for adults aged 50-74. The goal was to see if this coordinated approach could successfully increase screening rates across 12 counties.
