Summary
This study tested a program to help more people in Appalachian Kentucky and Ohio get screened for colorectal cancer. Over 5,400 adults aged 50-74 took part. The program worked with clinics, doctors, patients, and the community to encourage screening. The goal was to see if this approach could raise screening rates and catch cancer earlier.
