Who is studied
Patients who underwent radical surgery for colon cancer at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 and regularly completed colonoscopy follow-up after surgery were selected as the research subjects.After the completion of the prediction model construction, we will include 3-5 external queues for external validation.

Inclusion Criteria: Patients who underwent radical surgery for colon cancer at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 and regularly completed colonoscopy follow-up after surgery were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with colon cancer through histopathological examination ; Undergoing radical R0 resection ; Complete Colonoscopy follow-up after surgery less than 12 months. Exclusion Criteria: With adenomatous polyposis , Lynch syndrome and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome; Combined inflammatory bowel disease; Polyp were present before surgery and have not been completely removed; With distant metastasis or local recurrence; Clinical data is missing and can not be analyzed.
