Summary

This study is testing a training program for community members to become specialists who can talk to their communities about preventing colorectal cancer and the role of genetic testing. Researchers want to see if this program helps people learn more about cancer risks, healthy lifestyles, and screening. The study involves about 140 Hispanic/Latino adults in Los Angeles County who will either get the special training or review standard information materials.
