Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of four drugs can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It is for adults with a specific type of cancer called microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer. The main goals are to see if the drug combination is safe and if it can shrink or slow the growth of tumors.
