Summary
This study aims to find the best order to give two different cancer drugs to patients with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers are comparing whether starting with panitumumab followed by regorafenib works better than the reverse order. The trial involves 214 patients whose cancer has specific genetic markers and who previously benefited from similar treatments.
