New hope for patients out of options: testing a powerful combo against tough colon cancer

Summary
This study is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. It aims to see if taking two oral drugs, fruquintinib and TAS-102, together works better at controlling the cancer and helping patients live longer without it getting worse, compared to taking just fruquintinib alone. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two treatment plans.
