Summary

This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called telisotuzumab adizutecan to standard chemotherapy works better for people with metastatic colorectal cancer. About 390 adults worldwide will receive different combinations of these drugs to find the safest and most effective dose. The main goals are to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and to monitor side effects over approximately six years.
