New blood test aims to catch colon cancer earlier

Summary
This study is collecting blood samples from 1,300 people in the United States to improve a DNA-based blood test that can detect colorectal cancer and advanced adenomas (precancerous polyps). Participants include people newly diagnosed with colorectal cancer or advanced adenomas, as well as those undergoing routine screening colonoscopy. The goal is to make the test more accurate for early detection.
