Summary
This study is testing whether a new tool, called a traction device, can help doctors remove large or difficult-to-reach colon polyps more effectively. The device is designed to gently pull on tissue during a special endoscopic procedure, potentially making the process quicker and safer. Researchers will compare this new approach to the standard method in 150 adult patients.
