Double-Punch attack on colon cancer before surgery

NCT ID NCT06368141

Summary

This study is testing a two-step treatment for people with locally advanced colon cancer. First, patients receive standard chemotherapy. Then, they receive the same chemotherapy combined with an immunotherapy drug (Serplulimab) before having surgery. Researchers want to see if this approach helps destroy more of the cancer before it's removed and improves long-term survival.
