Summary
This study tested whether offering a simple blood test (Guardant SHIELD) helps more people complete colon cancer screening compared to usual care. About 2,000 adults aged 45-75 who were behind on screening took part. The main goal was to see if more people got screened within 3 months when offered the blood test.
