Summary

This study aims to see if teaching college students to set personal goals around safer drinking strategies helps them drink less and experience fewer alcohol-related problems. Researchers will compare three groups: one receiving basic education, one choosing specific safety strategies, and one setting goals for using those strategies. The study involves 300 students aged 18-25 who drink alcohol at least weekly.
