Summary
This study tests whether taking collagen peptide supplements daily for 6 months can slow or reverse signs of aging at the cellular level. Researchers will measure telomere length, inflammation, and body composition in 125 adults aged 50-70 who are overweight and not very active. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either collagen or a placebo, and will attend three check-ups over the study period.
