Summary
This study looks at whether taking collagen peptide supplements before and after total knee replacement surgery can improve tissue healing, strength, and recovery. About 44 adults aged 50–75 with knee osteoarthritis will take either collagen or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in ligaments, bone, and wound healing over 24 weeks.
