Gum and bone saving technique tested in dental implants

Summary
This study tested two ways of placing a collagen membrane during immediate dental implant placement in 20 healthy adults with badly decayed front teeth. The goal was to see which method better preserves bone and gum thickness around the implant. Results were measured using 3D scans before and up to 12 months after surgery.
