Summary
This study is testing whether a daily oral supplement containing collagen peptides can improve quality of life and ease symptoms like vaginal dryness, pain, and urinary incontinence in menopausal women. It will involve 43 participants who will take the supplement for 16 weeks. The goal is to see if this non-hormonal option can help women who cannot or prefer not to use hormone therapy.
