Summary
This study aims to find a simple blood test to detect pulmonary hypertension early in people with chronic lung diseases like COPD or pulmonary fibrosis. Researchers will analyze collagen fragments in blood and lung tissue from 80 participants to create a molecular fingerprint of the disease. The goal is to enable earlier diagnosis and better treatment planning.
