Summary
This study aimed to understand how well the body absorbs collagen from supplements. Twenty-five healthy male volunteers drank different collagen solutions, and researchers took small blood samples over several hours to measure collagen components. The goal was to see which collagen products get into the bloodstream fastest and in the greatest amount.
