Summary
This study tested whether a team-based care model (Collabri) helps reduce anxiety symptoms more than usual care. 406 adults with anxiety disorders took part. The approach involved GPs working closely with mental health specialists. The main goal was to see if symptoms improved using a standard anxiety questionnaire.
