Summary
This study tested whether a new Danish team-based care model (Collabri) works better than usual care for reducing anxiety symptoms. It involved 406 adults with panic disorder, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety from general practices. The model used a care manager, structured plans, and better communication between healthcare providers.
