Ice bath timing may boost athlete recovery, new study suggests

Summary

This study looks at whether taking a cold bath right after exercise or waiting a bit helps athletes recover better. Twelve healthy athletes will do intense workouts, then take a cold bath at different times. Researchers will measure muscle strength and blood amino acid levels to see which timing works best.
