Chill out: could ice packs be the answer to Post-Birth pain?
NCT ID NCT06921200
Summary
This study is testing if applying cold therapy (cryotherapy) to the perineum can help reduce pain for women who had an episiotomy during a normal vaginal delivery. It will involve 100 healthy postpartum women. The goal is to see if those who use the cold therapy report less pain than those who do not.
