Ice and wrap may beat pain after knee surgery, new study says

Summary

This study tests whether using cold and compression therapy after total knee replacement surgery can lower pain levels compared to standard care. About 90 adults aged 50 and older with knee osteoarthritis will be enrolled. Pain scores will be tracked daily for two weeks, then weekly for three months, and again at six months after surgery.
