Summary
This study tested whether using a cold and compression brace for 6 weeks after knee replacement surgery helps with pain and recovery. 208 adults who had a total or partial knee replacement took part. Participants used the brace 5 times a day for 20 minutes, and researchers compared their pain, opioid use, and function to those who received usual care.
