This study tested whether a mix of cognitive training, physical exercise, healthy lifestyle advice, and computer-based activities could help older adults with or at risk for mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 120 people aged 50-75 took part, with half receiving the multi-component program and the other half getting standard health education. Researchers measured memory and thinking skills over 12 months to see if the program offered any benefits.
