Summary

This small study tested a new cognitive training program (COGMUSE) in 12 autistic adults who also have insomnia. Participants played brain-training games at home for 60 minutes, three times a week, for six weeks. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and could improve both thinking skills and sleep quality.
