Can online brain games ease long COVID's debilitating 'Brain Fog'?
NCT ID NCT06136871
Summary
This study tested whether a remote coaching program could help people with Long COVID manage thinking problems like memory loss and poor focus. Researchers worked with 65 adults who had persistent cognitive symptoms after COVID-19 to see if teaching them specific mental strategies improved their ability to perform daily activities and their quality of life. The main goal was to check if this type of remote support was practical and acceptable to participants.
