Brain training plus exercise shows promise for MS memory loss

Summary
This study tests whether combining cognitive rehabilitation with exercise can improve learning and memory in people with multiple sclerosis who have trouble walking. About 78 participants will be assigned to different treatment groups to compare the effects. The goal is to find a practical way to help people with MS remember better in daily life.
