Summary
This study tests whether 8 sessions of cognitive processing therapy (CPT), delivered online, can help women and birthing people who have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from a traumatic childbirth. The trial will enroll 29 participants to see if the therapy is practical, acceptable, and reduces trauma symptoms.
